My cake style is thoughtfully composed in layers - built with a soft, velvety crumb and balanced with a complementary filling. Subtle depth of flavor is woven throughout.
Finished with Italian meringue buttercream - a smooth, lightly sweet frosting with a silky texture and clean finish.
Each cake offers a more refined alternative to traditional, overly sweet frostings, allowing the flavor of the cake to come through.
